Lauren Arthurs has updated followers on her newborn daughter, revealing she has been released from hospital.
The influencer welcomed her first child with husband John O’Flynn earlier this week, with their baby girl being born at 36 weeks.
So for the past few days, the new mum and her baby have been stayed in hospital, however, today she and John were able to bring their daughter home.
Sharing the news on Instagram, she wrote: “My little family! Never felt a love like this. Let’s go home and start this life I’ve dreamt of.”
Opening up about her stay in Cork University Maternity Hospital, Lauren wrote: “The last few days in our little bubble has been so precious.”
“I thought I would hate having no visitors but its such a special time for you and your partner, becoming parents and learning all the new ropes.”
“I also want to say the biggest thank you to the staff at the CUMH for looking after us so well. Everyone was incredible and made us feel so supported. I’ll miss everyone loads, we’ve formed such a nice bond with everyone. Fallyn was the luckiest girl in the world.”
The influencer also revealed her little one’s unique name earlier this week.
She shared a picture of her tot napping on her chest with her hand wrapped around her finger. The picture also showcased the necklace that she was wearing that just so happened to be a nameplate chain.
She and her husband John O’Flynn have chosen the name Fallyn for their daughter.
“Fallyn,” Lauren wrote, continuing: “We are completely and utterly besotted.”
