Following Love Island’s finale on Monday night, fans were thrilled to see favourite couple Ekin-Su and Davide take home the grand prize. But it was bittersweet as the end of the series left viewers without their favourite reality show once again. Luckily this Sunday, a reunion show is premiering following up on the islanders’ lives after leaving the villa.
But that isn’t all the reunion show has on offer. As host, Laura Whitmore revealed a surprise guest who will be making an appearance on the show.
The reunion was filmed last night, and the Wicklow woman shared a behind-the-scenes glimpse at the show, with DJ Joel Corry playing a set in the studio.
Sharing a snap of Joel practising in a DJ booth at the Love Island: Aftersun studio. Captioning her post with: “Rehearsals” and tagging Joel.
This isn’t the Geordie man’s first time on the show.
Just a few weeks ago, he DJed an exclusive party for the islanders, in a private beach club. The show also played a part in Joel’s career as they used his song Sorry featuring Hayley May in a 2019 episode of Love Island, offering the track a lot of exposure.
Joel actually just released a new song, History, with Becky Hill who also performed on Love Island this year. So maybe we will get to hear the track on Sunday night.
