Laura Whitmore has paid a touching tribute to Chester Bennington in the wake of his death.
The Linkin Park singer reportedly died by suicide yesterday.
Many celebrities and fans are mourning the loss of the musician, with presenter Laura Whitmore writing a lengthy piece following the news.
The post read: “Chester Bennington – shocked and saddened by your death. I had the pleasure of working with you.
“So warm, such a gent and so passionate about life and music. So much to live for. Gone far too soon.
“Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. Men specifically between 20-45 are the most prone but suicide affects everyone. Be kind to each other and always reach out and talk.”
Artists such as Justin Timberlake, Stormzy, Rihanna and many others also paid their respects on social media.
Hozier took to Twitter to share his condolences: “Saddened to hear of the passing of Chester Bennington and the talent that goes with him. Thoughts are with family and loved ones.”
James Vincent McMorrow also shared a heartfelt message about Chesters death: “beyond tragic about Chester Bennington. Life is such a delicate thing, Take care of yourselves. RIP”
