Laura Whitmore has bid an emotional goodbye to her good friend Caroline Flack, who sadly passed away last month.
The tv presenter was laid to rest during a private funeral in the UK yesterday, surrounded by close friends and family.
Alongside a picture of the pair, Laura wrote, “Beautiful send-off for a life that ended too soon.
“See you on the other side, Flack. Have the pina coladas waiting.”
She also chose to share a quote to her Instagram story which read: “Death may indeed be final, but the love we share while living is eternal.”
Laura’s boyfriend Iain Stirling who worked with Caroline for a number of years on Love Island, opened up about the funeral mass, telling followers, “The day was spent sharing stories, singing songs and of course, some tears were shed.
“As someone who had the worst FOMO in the world, I know Carrie would have hated missing it. And her infectious laugh so painfully absent.
“You were so loved Caz, by so many. I hope you knew that. I hope you’re now at peace.”
Our thoughts are with them all.
