Keith Duffy and wife Lisa have finally sold their Northside home after dropping the asking price significantly.
The couple moved into their swords home over 12 years ago along with their two children but decided to sell up last year and move a few miles up the road to a new housing development in Ballyboughal.
The pair originally bought their Swords home for €1million and they put it on the market last year for €1.3million, expecting to make a €300,000 mark up – but it was not to be!
After a year on the market and no takers the Duffy’s had to drop their asking price to €995,000 in order to finally make a sale.
We’ve no idea why the Duffy’s would ever want to leave this place!
