It truly is a woman’s world, and we’re lucky to be living in it – because Katy Perry has just announced a massive Irish concert next summer.
The ‘Firework’ singer will play Dublin’s Malahide Castle on June 24, 2026.
This is the first time that Katy will play a gig in Dublin since 2011, when she brought her California Dreams tour to the 3Arena.
Tickets for this upcoming gig go on sale on Friday, 14 November. Presales start on Wednesday, 12 November at 9am.
Katy’s big announcement comes following the release of her latest single, ‘Bandaids’, last week. After releasing the track, she said:
“Thank you for the love on bandaids. (To be honest), I struggled for months with the idea of putting this song out… even after all these years it can be scary to be vulnerable.

“But hopefully the lyrics of this song resonate with someone going through what I have been through and maybe they won’t feel so alone and will find the strength to keep going like I have.”
Katy split from partner Orlando Bloom earlier this year. The couple had met in 2016 and had been engaged since 2019, before ending their relationship.
At the time, a source said: “Katy and Orlando have split but are amicable. It’s not contentious at the moment. Katy is of course upset but is relieved to not have to go through another divorce, as that was the worst time in her life.”
The source went on to say that the split had been “a long time coming” as things between them “have been tense for months.”
‘Bandaids’ comes following the release of Perry’s latest studio album, 431, a record that was panned by critics and fans alike.
Tickets go on sale on Friday, 14 November and prices start from €69.90.
