Acclaimed actress Katie Holmes has joined the long list of Hollywood stars choosing to visit Ireland over these sunny, summer months.
A whole host of famous faces have arrived on Irish shores over the last few weeks, including Kiefer Sutherland, Hillary Clinton, Rupert Everett and Sting.
Now, the Dawson’s Creek star has jetted into Dublin after a glamorous few days at Paris’ Haute Couture Fashion Week.
The brunette beauty stepped out for lunch in Avoca, catching up with a friend.

In pictures obtained by the Daily Mail, Katie can be seen enjoying the Irish summer, wearing a casual shirt dress.
Meanwhile, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will also be flying into Dublin next week – but for a royal visit.
While in Ireland, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will visit Dublin and head to various museums, companies and organisations.
“Their Royal Highnesses will meet the people of Dublin and will visit organisations which are central to Irish life. This will include a Gaelic sports festival at Croke Park, the home of the Gaelic Athletic Association.”

“The Duke and Duchess will also attend a summer garden party at the British Ambassador’s residence, where they will meet people from across Ireland’s arts, sports, military and social enterprise sectors,” Kensington Palace said.
During the trip they will also visit Trinity College to see the Book of Kells and have official meetings with President Michael D. Higgins.
