Katherine Lynch has revealed that she wishes she never took part in Operation Transformation.
The comedian took part in the weight loss show in 2016 but says that she is now sick of speaking about it.
Starring alongside Karl Spain, Elaine Crowley and Gerald Keane, Katherine lost an incredible 13.5lbs on the series.
However, she has admitted that it is something she is always asked about, with strangers even judging her food choices.
“I’m so sick of Operation Transformation, I really wish I didn’t do it,” she told EVOKE.
“People stop me with my basket in the supermarket and say ‘oh, should you really have that?”
She also explained that many women’s weight goes up and down which makes it hard to maintain a goal weight.
“And then women fluctuate. We fluctuate that stone all the time. Some people are lucky enough that it’s a couple of pounds, it’s probably a stone that I fluctuate with.”
The actress took part in Dancing with the Stars last year and revealed that she saw more dramatic weight-loss results when in the talent show.
“I’ve lost more weight on this than I did on Celebrity Operation Transformation,” she told RTE.
