Going on to share how he is feeling post-op, he went on to say:
“All I want is Tea Right now and to see John! You’re messages and love have me emotional! Just need recovery and rest now.”
Edward initially injured his knee back in 2010, after a performance on T4 On The Beach. After receiving surgery to fix the issue almost a decade ago, it was decided that Edward would need further surgery this year also.
Given the boy’s huge fan base, well-wishers came flooding in from concerned fans, who are thrilled that the surgery went well for the 28-year-old.
“Hope your recovery goes well Ed and that everything went well and successful with the surgery look after yourself, take care x” said one fan.
“Been thinking about you and your surgery. Glad to see you’re awake and all done! Wishing you a speedy but also chilled recovery,” said another.
We’re sure Edward will be back bopping around with John in no time, get well soon Edward!
