Jamie Dornan will present an award at this year’s Oscars ceremony in Los Angeles.
The Fifty Shades Darker star will take to the stage at The Dolby Theatre and present one of his colleagues with the prestigious award.
He will join a host of other celebs, including his co-star Dakota Johnson, actor Scarlett Johansson and Oscar-winner Leonardo DiCaprio in presenting duties at the 89th Academy Award’s.
The Oscars spotlight will also be on another Irish actor. Ruth Negga is nominated for a gong in the Best Actress category for her role as Mildred in Loving.
Colin Farrell’s film The Lobster is also up for Best Original Screenplay, and Dublin designer Consolata Boyle has been nominated as Best Costume Design for Florence Foster Jenkins.
The 2017 Oscars ceremony will take place on the 26th of February.
