James Vincent McMorrow will undoubtedly draw a huge crowd.

James Vincent McMorrow reveals that he is “beyond ready” to play Ireland as he announces a string of Irish tour dates.

The Dublin singer-songwriter is set to take over Limerick, Cork, Killarney, Dublin, Belfast, Galway and Kilkenny from 28 November – 7 December.

The Irish dates will follow his US and Canadian Tour which begins in July.

While the tour itself follows the release of his seventh studio album Wide Open, Horses featuring the singles Never Gone, Give Up, Call Me Back, and Things We Tell Ourselves.

Taking to social media platform X to announce the news, James wrote: “Last few years have felt intense in a good way, getting myself to this point with this album and this show.

“Beyond ready to come back and play my home the right way,” he added.

Tickets go on sale on Friday, 12 July at 10am from Singular Artists.

James first entered the music scene back in 2010 and quickly gained quite the following with his compelling music.

Since then, he has gathered over 1 billion streams across an expansive catalogue.

The album, Wide Open, Horses signifies a retaking of his narrative, freeing self-acceptance, and a rebuilding of both his sense of self and his connection to music.

As well as his newly announced Irish shows, James will also be playing in Waterford’s All Together Now Festival in August before returning to the US and Canada in October and November for further gigs.
