Lottie Ryan has spoken out for the first time since the RTE 2FM change in schedule was announced last week.
The new weekday crew features the return of Jenny Greene, and a brand new breakfast show hosted by Doireann Garrihy and Eoghan McDermott.
Lottie, who co-hosted Breakfast Republic with Jennifer Zamparelli, Keith Walsh and Bernard O’Shea, has now said she is excited for what’s to come.
“It’s time for a new adventure!…” the beauty captioned a shot with Keith and Jennifer.
” I have had the absolute best craic on Breakfast Republic for the past year and a half with Keith, Jennifer, Bernard, our fab production team & gas listeners – its been magic!
Lottie, who is the daughter of the late legendary radio star Gerry Ryan, will be taking back up her role of entertainment reporter across the weekday shows.
“But as we turn a page in 2FM with a brand new schedule across the day I’m going to be allllllllll over it!!!!” she revealed.
“I’m delighted to be getting to work on all the shows across the day bringing you the best in entertainment! We’re gonna have a lot of fun over the next few months & I’m excited to be apart of it all!
“’m even getting to say bye bye to those 4:30am starts! Whooooo! (Holler at me Doireann & Eoghan if you need advice on that!”
Lottie’s co-host Jennifer Zamparelli will be taking up her own show on 2FM starting in June, and she also posted a sweet tribute to her time on Breakfast Republic.
