Bonnie Ryan has opened up about how her late father Gerry Ryan inspired her new presenting career.
Gerry, who sadly passed away back in 2010, was one of the biggest names in RTE television and radio – and the stunning Bonnie is now following in his footsteps.
Since her PM VIP Style Award nomination this year, the 26-year-old has been announced as a guest presenter on Virgin Media entertainment show, Xpose.
Now, the makeup artist is revealing how she looks back on tapes of her dad from his many years presenting to draw inspiration.
“I watch a lot of stuff my dad does and I actually have a lot of his shows on CD, which I listen to in my car,” she told The Irish Mail on Sunday.
“I am lucky that I have that kind of thing to look back on.
“He wasn’t even trying, do you know that? He just did it. It was literally him just being him and magic happened.”
“So, if I can have a bit of that when I am interviewing people then I would be doing well.”
Bonnie walked the red carpet at The Marker hotel with her mother Moira and sisters Lottie and Babette this year, and stole the show at the most stylish night of the year!
