Is a new brand on the cards for Vogue Williams?

Vogue Williams has collaborated with many different brands over the years. She’s also known for her incredible tan brand, Bare by Vogue.

But has she has ever considered creating another brand of her own in the beauty or fashion industry?

“Yeah!” she tells VIP. “It’s something that I’m currently considering, I’ve always wanted to do totally my own brand. I’m actually in the process of looking into that at the moment and have been for quite some time so watch this space for that!”

Over the last few weeks Vogue has been promoting her new book, Big Mouth, which is about her life up until now. Vogue has been keeping her audience up to date by posting short snippets of the book on her Instagram story including one where she spoke about her father’s passing.

“I think for me it’s really important, like I want to be super honest in the book. It’s a really honest and open book and account of different things that I’ve been through.”

Vogue explains how she found some of the areas of the book difficult to write so she would take breaks from the more emotional moments and revisit them when she felt ready. “I never really expected to feel like that, but I did and I just thought I actually just need a break from writing about this.”

In a recent episode of My Therapist Ghosted Me, Vogue mentioned that she thinks the men Joanne have been dating don’t have great personalities. Seeing as Vogue has had such a successful marriage with Spencer for over six years now, her relationship advice is something to keep note of.

“I’ve always been really honest with it, I think Spencer was a red flag to begin with,” she jokes.

Vogue went on to explain that a trait she would look out for is to be friends with your partner but also to be able to have space from them at times, “When I met Spencer I literally was like he’s going to be a really good friend of ours to my friends. In the same breath, I think you should have your own separate friends and own separate time, I think that that’s really important.”

Vogue’s three books and Instagram Stories indicate that she is a huge book worm however, it’s not often she speaks on her other pop culture favourites. Vogue tells us that she is a huge Marian Keyes fan and has read many of her books over the last few months, “I loved her book Rachel’s Holiday.”

Vogue doesn’t watch many movies as she’s more interested in reading however, she has watched a show recently that she adored, “I’ll give you my favourite TV show which I thought was so brilliant that I watched recently – Say Nothing on Disney+ about the Troubles up North. I just thought it was so well made, brilliantly acted.”

Vogue says her playlists are mainly grime music however, one oldie stuck has been on repeat recently, “At the moment weirdly enough I’ve gone back to Bloc Party and I love Hunting for Witches!”

Vogue is currently running a new campaign with Hello Fresh, to encourage her followers to kickstart the year and find a good food balance. Of course Vogue loves Hello Fresh herself and has used the app for many years.

“This is going back about three years but my favourite meal was this beef pilau rice dish, and there’s also a salmon one that I still recreate all the time, it was salmon with honey soy dressing and mango salsa. Particularly for January my go to restaurant is my kitchen!”

However, if Vogue ever had to go out for dinner in Dublin her go to restaurant is The King Citric in Howth.
