After their mammoth success with their cover of Dreams by The Cranberries, Irish Women In Harmony are set to release their Christmas single this week.
Unlike last time, the women will not be covering a song, but have instead written their own, aptly entitled ‘Together at Christmas’. The supergroup did a call-out looking for young Irish girls under the age of 12 to be part of their choir. Bringing a group of talented tweens together, the result is now the single written by organiser RuthAnne.
Announcing the exciting news on their social media, they posted:
“Delighted to announce our new original Christmas single ‘Together at Christmas’ is out this Thurs Nov 19th”
“Supporting @ISPCCChildline to donate 4 euro txt CHILDHOOD to 50300 #nevergiveuponachildever #iwihXmas can’t wait for you all to hear it”

As expected, the song has a music video to coincide, featuring famous faces such as Una Healy, Erica Cody, Soulé, and Lyra.
All proceeds from song sales will be donated to the Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children. If you just can’t wait to hear what the women have created you can pre-order the single here, and to get involved in the good cause you can also donate to the ISPCC by texting CHILDHOOD to 50300.
