The full shortlist for the 2022 NTA awards has been announced, with a whole host of Irish stars and shows nominated.
One of the most popular nominations is Peaky Blinders, which is up for Best Returning Drama while its main character Cillian Murphy is up for best Drama Performance.
Along with Peaky Blinders, Derry Girls is also in the mix. The show, created by Irish screenwriter Lisa McGee is in the running for Best Comedy.
The Derry-based comedy will go up against some TV giants including Sex Education and After Life.
The good news doesn’t stop there for the Irish either, as Graham Norton is also nominated for Best TV Presenter for his long-running chat show, The Graham Norton Show.
Graham will have to beat off some tough competitors, including Ant and Dec, who has won the award every year since 2001.
To see the Irish flying the flag you can tune in to the awards show on Thursday the 15th of September, on ITV at 8pm.
