The world was rocked with the news of Prince’s passing yesterday evening.
The star, who has a number of hit songs including Purple Rain, Kiss and Rasberry Baret, was found dead in his home in Minneapolis yesterday, and tributes in his honor have been flooding in ever since.
Irish stars have taken to social media to pay their respect to the late icon that was Prince.
RTE also had a subtle tribute made by Joanna Donnelly to the singer on the evening weather yesterday.
