Irish stars and their families headed for a festive night out this week, for the opening night of Alan Hughes and Karl Broderick’s Aladdin Pantomime at the National Stadium, in Dublin.
For the first night of the show there was a whole host of VIP guests who got to watch Jake Carter as Aladdin, Johnny Ward as Jaffar, Paul Ryder as The Genie ‘Sparkle’, Westend performer Emma Warren as the beautiful Princess Jasmine and Rob Murphy as Buffy on stage.
Despite the fact that the 2,000 seat arena had to operate at 50% capacity adhering to Covid guidelines, it didn’t stop the fun, with all in attendance laughing and cheering throughout.
Spotted on the night were Una Healy and her children Aoife and Tadhg, Lisa Cannon and Laura Woods, Adele King aka Twink, Actor George McMahon and his wife Rachel and their daughter Frankie, Brian Dowling and his husband Arthur Gourounlian as well as Donal Skehan and his son Noah, Rory Cowan, Mary Byrne,Roz Flanagan and Aonghus McAnally.
