Legendary Irish singer Sonny Knowles has passed away.
The performer who was 86 passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday morning surrounded by his family.
The Dubliner had a career which spanned six decades performing showband and cabaret tunes.
Tributes poured in for the star from music fans and djs around the country.
