Irish influencers get creative with their kids while social distancing

Now that most of us are stuck at home, with cafes, restaurants and schools closed it means lots of people are now at home all day with their children.

It can be difficult keeping kids entertained at the best of times, but especially hard without school or friends to keep them occupied.

Many of our favourite Irish influencers have been getting creative with keeping their little ones busy with activities over the past few days.

Donal Skehan looks pretty chilled out whilst self-isolating as he and his little boy Noah cosy up in front of the TV. His wife, Sofie Skehan seems to be getting more creative as she’s; “ gone all Pinterest mom cutting up felt and up to her tonsils in pritt stick, while Noah me are busy eating popcorn and watching Homeward Bound 2!”

Rosanna Davidson and her little newborn, Sophie have been out getting some fresh air, the best way to fight off cabin fever. Posting a gorgeous picture of the pair out for a stroll she said; “Starting to lose track of the days… it’s Friday, right?”

We couldn’t agree more.

Grace Mongey also acknowledged how difficult it can be if you have kids; “I know we are struggling right now in these hard times.”

But, she has been getting really creative as she and little Sienna get stuck in to some arts and crafts. It seems they’ve also been playing dress up too!

Make sure to follow her on Instagram for more ideas, as only yesterday she posted a child friendly workout routine from The Body Coach which looked like great fun.

When Lisa Jordan and her little ones aren’t having fun on Tik Tok, they have been getting outdoors.
In an effort to still be social distancing, they’ve been in their back garden doing some gardening. It was a project they started a few weeks ago and her little one, Pearl looks proud as punch woth their progress.
“We are now almost ready to plant them outside which is so much fun and couldn’t have come a better time.”

Aoibhín Garrihy has also been taking the fresh air route, as she pops out for a stroll baby in tow.

“Went for a leisurely stroll with the smallie this morning to breathe in the blissful fresh country air.”

Rosie Connolly had a great idea for entertaining the kids, whilst still maintaining social distance.

Herself and Harry headed to the drive-thru cinema to see the Lion King, which means you can stay safely in your car; “Gotta do our best to keep positive.”
