Irish actor and comedian Niall Tóibín has sadly passed away, following a lengthy illness.
The 89-year-old, originally from Cork, died in Dublin in the early hours of this morning.
Niall starred in countless tv shows and movies both in Ireland and abroad, and would probably be best known for his roles in The Clinic and Ballykissangel.
The actor will be remembered by his wife Judy, children Sean, Muireann, Aisling, Sighle, Fiana, his grandchildren and extended family.
