TV presenter Lorraine Keane has put her stunning Monkstown home up for sale – with an asking price of €2,595,000.
The TV presenter bought the home 16 years ago when it was divided into 8 flats across 4 floors.
Lorraine has since gone on to renovate and refurbish the entire property, taking 18 months to complete.
Located in Belgrave square, the house has four bedrooms, a walk in wardrobe, a soundproof recording space, and a basement containing two-one bedroom apartments.
Speaking on the house Lorraine has previously said:
“It was my fourth house, as interiors are one of my passions, and though I never bought to renovate and flip, it just happened over the years. This is the place I have called home the longest – even from childhood.”
Clear to see from the pictures is Lorraine’s keen eye for interior design, the Victorian townhouse showcases a mix of both classic and modern.
Keeping many of it’s original features, the house’s modern furnishing gives it a relaxed, contemporary feel.
