Hozier just surprised Electric Picnic goers by appearing on the main stage with the Trinity orchestra.
The Bray native wasn’t listed as an artist on the festival line-up, but took to the stage this afternoon to the delight of the audience, while the Trinity Orchestra were performing an array of hits by the late David Bowie.
Hozier, who is a former member of the Trinity Orchestra, then in a serious plot twist, walked onto the stage and sang the Bowie classic, Heroes.
This isn’t the first time the 26-year-old shocked fans with a surprise performance. Just in July he sang live in the Academy as part of a Prince Tribute.
Fans are freaking out about the recent performance on Twitter. @Mmunozloza wrote, “The absolute best moment. #Hozier. #ElectricPicnic.”
Just when we think we can’t love Hozier even more, he goes and does this!
