It seems Hozier has a very famous admirer, as Game of Thrones actress Natalie Dormer gushed about the Irish singer today.
The English actress appeared in his music video for hit song, Someone New, and has nothing but nice things to say about the Wicklow native.
“It is absurd how nice he is. He’s an absolutely incredibly lyricist and a very talented musician.
“He’s quite good looking as well, so what can I say,” she told Anton Savage this morning on Today FM.
Unfortunately for Hozier though, Natalie is in a long term relationship with fellow Irishman, director Anthony Byrne – who just so happened to direct the music video in the first place.
The actress joked that she deserves Irish citizenship just for putting up with Anthony for as long as she has.
“I think you guys did me an honorary citizenship. I’m hoping for it. I’ve nearly done a decade with a Dub so I’m hoping to get the keys to the city soon,” she said.
