Wedding bells are on the horizon for Holly Carpenter, as she prepares to exchange vows with long-term boyfriend Jamie Hunt next summer.
However, it wasn’t just a gorgeous workout that she in was in for, as the love of her life got down on one knee and popped the question.

Now the former Miss Ireland is opening up about her engagement and future wedding plans.
Speaking to the Irish Mirror, Holly admitted that she had an inkling it was going to happen soon.
“But my family had organised to go to see his family down at Kinsale that weekend so a few of my friends thought maybe it was going to happen when we were down in Kinsale on the Saturday and Sunday.”
Although it’s early days yet, Holly revealed that she and Jamie have been throwing around some ideas on what their big day could possibly look like.”We’re still bouncing ideas around about what we’re going to do for the wedding.

“We don’t know if we’ll go abroad or Ireland, but we haven’t committed to anything yet,” she added.
“I’d rather do it all in a year and get everything moving now. We’re giddy to do it now and have our big day, so I think we’re going to try and do it for next summer.”
