Here’s what we can expect from this weeks ‘Cook-in’ with Mark Moriarty

This Wednesday will see the penultimate episode of Cook-In With Mark Moriartyair on RTÉ, and it seems that foodie fans are in for a treat.

Throughout the last few weeks, since the series began, the Dublin chef has aimed to keep us both entertained and inspired when it comes to whipping up culinary delights, showing us that lockdown can be a great opportunity to expand our cooking skills.

In this week’s installment Mark will chat with Wicklow baker about the phenomenon that has ceased to take over our kitchens in recent months. Talking to Patrick Ryan about his baking club #isolationbakeclub and what it’s meant for Patrick and his business, along with the respite baking has offered to the Irish public at this turbulent time.

Meanwhile, Mark will also be keeping us entertained by sharing with us his lunchtime recipe for cauliflower-soup and homemade cheesy chips, along with the ultimate comfort dish the ‘Irish fisherman’s pie’.

As this is the penultimate episode in the series, Mark is also calling on anyone who has been cooking along at home to send in any photos of the dishes they tried out for a slideshow in next week’s series finale.

So, if you have been cooking along with Mark from home and fancy seeing your creations on the show, then send your photos to cookin@appetitemedia.tv.

Cook-In with Mark Moriarty will air tomorrow night on RTÉ One at 8.30pm.
