Excitement around the 2022 Rose of Tralee is mounting and bookie’s favourites are already emerging.
Out of the 33 roses, there are currently two clear favourites. Kerry Rose Edaein O’Connell is at the top of the leaderboard sitting at 10/3, down from 11/4.
In second place, Texas Rose Arden Stringer is creeping up behind the Kerry Rose. In the last week, she has gone from 20/1 to 8/1.
Sarah Kinsella, a spokesperson for BoyleSports said that the odds are constantly changing.

The roses are currently enjoying some time exploring the Emerald Isle. Kayaking in Tipperary the group have made their way over to Dublin where they met with the Deputy Lord Mayor of Dublin, Mary Callaghan, and visited 14 Henrietta Street.
The Rose of Tralee begins on RTE this Friday the 19th of August, with the winner crowned on Tuesday the 23rd of August.
