According to reports today, Rory McIlroy has popped the question to his girlfriend Erica Stoll.
The lovebirds are currently enjoying a holiday in Paris, and last night Rory took to social media to share their view of the Eiffel Tower.
Central Golf Daily claims that the couple got engaged last night, and the reports come very soon after a close friend hinted last weekend that a proposal could be on the cards.
Speaking to the Irish Independent, the source said, “Don’t be surprised if you hear he pops the question. It’s going very, very well.
“She’s a really, really nice girl. Very nice and down to earth, and the one thing everyone is saying is how good she is for Rory.
“I wouldn’t be surprised if they do tie the knot. You just need to see the way he looked at at her. He’s over over heels.”
Rory previously ended his relationship with ex-fiancee Caroline Wozniacki in a ten minute phone call, just months before they were set to marry.
