VIP and STELLAR readers indulged in our final Self Care Session of the year this week – and what an empowering evening it was.
Guests joined us in the beautiful Iveagh Garden Hotel in Dublin, for an event featuring some of Ireland’s most incredible women, a gorgeous sound healing session, and some insightful chats.
Presented by Mastercard, and brought to you by Bellamianta, Disaronno, and The Iveagh Garden Hotel, the night kicked off with a delicious cocktail from Disaronno.
Guests also picked up a specially curated goodie bag packed full of wellness favourites from Dr Hauschka, Bellamianta, Kerry Hanaphy, Purifide, Cetaphil, and Living Things.
Host Bianca Luykx introduced guests to leading luxury tanning, skincare, and cosmetics brand Bellamianta, and the beautiful product they provided in our goodie bags.

Next, our fabulous guests. Pharmacist and wellness coach Miriam Hussey chatted to Bianca all about her best-selling book, Light Up, and why she champions holistic health in every day life. She also led a beautiful breath work class with our guests.
Presenter Laura Fox filled everyone in on all the Ireland’s Fittest Family hype, while discussing her own relationship to self care in her career and beyond.
Paralympian Ellen Keane chatted all about her own role as a judge on Ireland’s Fittest Family, her incredible swimming career, and how she builds strength from within.
The evening was wrapped up with a stunning, immersive sound bath from Sound Healing Practitioner Caroline Flavin, to promote relaxation, balance, and emotional release.
