The Self Care Sessions is on the road again – and this time we were in the beautiful Kilkenny.
VIP and STELLAR’s evening of empowerment and wellness took place this month in the gorgeous Lyrath Estate, as host Bianca took guests on a journey of self fulfilment.
In partnership with Mastercard Ireland and brought to you by Thérapie Clinics, Benecol, & Disaronno, the night was filled with soul-soothing conversation from our amazing speakers, demonstrations on the biggest skincare trends, and a stunning sound bath to round off the night.
Guests were treated to a delicious cocktail from Disaronno, light bites from Lyrath Estate, and a gorgeous goodie bag packed full of products from Benecol, KIKO Milano, Thérapie Clinics, Nivea, and Burst Oral Care.
First up was a chat with influencer Niamh de Brún, where she discussed her own self care journey, and how she juggles being a mum and creator.
Next up the team from Thérapie Clinics talked all about some of their most popular treatments from Polynucleotides to Botox, and how to enhance your natural beauty in a way that works for you.
Fiona Morgan Coleman then chatted about what self care means to her, her wide ranging career to date, and how she makes time for herself in her busy schedule.
This was followed by a panel discussion with Benecol, Croí Heart & Stroke Charity, and Benecol ambassador James Kavanagh. The group discussed the importance of heart health and keeping your cholesterol in check.
This Self Care Sessions then ended with a gorgeous sound bath from reiki master and sound therapist, Mairead Ryan – how stunning!
