Greg O’Shea is one of Ireland’s most sought-after bachelors.
In fact, he even caught the attention of one of Netflix’s biggest stars who may have had a school girl crush on him.
The rugby star revealed Stranger Things and newly engaged actor Millie Bobby Brown DMed him following his Love Island win back in 2019.
He delved into the story while being interviewed by Síle Seoige and Fionnuala Jones on The Six O’Clock Show earlier this week.

Greg retold the story stating it was right after he won the show and he still had the screenshot of the aforementioned dm to prove it!
He said: “It was when I got my 15 seconds of fame after Love Island. She’s in my DMs, I’ll show you the image afterwards.”
As he retold the story live on air Síle and Fionnuala looked perplexed and were in complete disbelief that such a thing could have and did happen.
He revealed the 19-year-old may have also been “in love” with his ex and co-winner of Love Island 2019, Amber Gill.

“She might have also been in love with Amber, the girl I won with so that was kind of the in.”
To make the story that much funnier following Greg and Amber’s split Millie Bobby Brown proceeded to unfollow Greg on Instagram not two weeks later.
He joked: “Fast forward two weeks later, unfollowed. She really didn’t want anything to do with me.”
The three of them speculated if Millie hadn’t have been so upset with Greg and Amber’s break-up he could’ve made an appearance on Stranger Things – we certainly would’ve loved to see it!
