Greg O’Shea is officially six months into married life, and it sounds like it’s been everything he dreamed of and more.
Taking to Instagram today, the Olympian shared a sweet collage of moments with his wife Jeanni, marking the milestone in the most heartfelt way.
Alongside the snaps, he wrote: “6 months married to the best person I’ve ever met. Honoured to be sharing life with you. Time flies when you’re having fun.”
And if their journey so far is anything to go by, it’s easy to see why.
The couple tied the knot late last year in an intimate Dublin ceremony, choosing a meaningful and understated celebration surrounded by their closest loved ones.
Speaking to VIP Magazine shortly after their big day, Greg described meeting Jeanni as life-changing.
“I lucked out when I met Jeanni, honestly, all of my dreams came true. I struck gold with this one,” he said, as Jeanni laughed beside him.
While their wedding may have been intimate, it was no less special.
The couple opted for a small ceremony followed by a celebration in a place that meant a lot to them. “Everything was stunning and went so smoothly,” Greg said. “It was a full circle moment.”
The newlyweds have since embraced married life, balancing their love of travel with quieter moments at home, something Greg says has been made all the better with Jeanni’s influence.
“She’s made it a home rather than just an apartment,” he shared.
