Graham Norton has opened up about his time hosting the Eurovision Song Contest.
But apparently, it didn’t quite live up to his expectations.
The chatshow presenter, co-hosted the show in Liverpool last year with Ted Lasso star Hannah Waddingham, Britain’s Got Talent’s Alesha Dixon and Ukrainian singer Julia Sanina.
However, he recently admitted that he “didn’t like” the hosting gig.
Speaking to Ray D’Arcy on RTÉ Radio 1, Graham said: “I didn’t like it. I didn’t like it, no.
“I mean I was glad I did it because it is a bit of a bucket list moment and I have a funny feeling I’ll never get to do it again but yeah, I didn’t love it.
“I prefer sitting in my rabbit hutch,” he told Ray.
Before adding: “It was lovely!”
Despite not entirely enjoying the experience, there were still, plenty of pinch-me moments for Graham.
“I remember walking out after some Eurovision star was singing You’ll Never Walk Alone and the audience was singing back and that was an amazingly moving moment.”
We can’t wait for that one!
