Try Yoga
Have you always wanted to be that person that heads off to a weekend yoga class before brunch? Now’s your time to give it a try as there are tonnes of yoga classes on over the weekend.
Michael D Higgins’ yoga instructor, Michael Ryan will be teaching you how to manage your spinal health whilst Deirdre Murphy will be showing us all how to master a headstand. For something more relaxed The Breath Guy, Richie Bostock will be hosting a breathing masterclass.
There are over 64 yoga classes on throughout the weekend so plenty of time to find some zen in the centre of Dublin.

Boutique Classes
If you fancy something a little more intensive than a yoga class, there are dozens of different workouts you can try. Top of our list is Boom Cycle, one of London’s most dynamic spin classes known for it’s epic music. Over the weekend they have themed classes like, All Out 80’s, Boy Bands vs Girl Bands and Rhianna vs Beyoncé to name but a few.
Also from London is Kobox Boxing Club. Vogue Williams and Rosie Huntington-Whitley are fans of the class, which explains why they were totally packed at last years festival, so get there early.

Wind Down
It’s not all exercise over the weekend as the festival has a dedicated retreat space which offers an array of different therapies. There are over 60 different treatments from massage, reflexology, cupping and acupuncture, so definitely something to suit everyone.
These sessions are booked in advance so make sure to look at the timetable in advance to avoid disappointment.
