The classic French braid is a no-brainer when it comes to the winter months.

It exudes class and elegance and is perfect for getting your hair out of your face as you run errands or a more loose and intricate style for those special occasions.

Flipped Ends

If you want to add a little extra oomph to your straightened hair, then the flipped ends look is the perfect option.

This super sophisticated look is amazing on shoulder length and bob cuts as well. Add some cute earmuffs or a knitted headband to give that ultimate winter aesthetic.

Half Up Half Down with a Bow

Another staple that can be accessorised for a festive twist is the classic half up half down look.

Simply add a red or black velvet bow for that wintery look.

Slick Back Hairstyle

We simply could not leave the slick back off this list. Perfect for the days when your hair is just that little bit too greasy to be left down you can just grab a comb and some gel and slick it out of your face.

You can tie it back into a high ponytail and braid it, into a low bun or clip it back with a claw clip to change it up a little.

90s Bouncy Blow-dry

We simply cannot not mention the 90s-inspired bouncy blow-dry when just about everyone is rocking it at the moment.

Whether you brush out your heatless curls, use your Dyson Airwrap or your trusty hairdryer and curlers there are so many ways to achieve this look.

P.S. Don’t forget the copious amounts of hairspray.
