We’ve been highly anticipating the return of the Knives Out franchise and now we finally have a first look at what’s in store for the third instalment.
The upcoming movie’s official title is Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery and stars our very own Andrew Scott and Daryl McCormack.
The film will also star The Crown and Challengers actor, Josh O’Connor, who will also appear in an upcoming period drama with Paul Mescal, which is filming in Italy.
Priscilla star Cailee Spaeny is also attached to the project.
In the first look for new the film, James Bond star Daniel Craig who is reprising his role as quirky sleuth Benoit Blanc, can be seen looking as dapper and mysterious as ever.
Yes, that’s the Benoit Blanc we know and love!
Although details of the plot have yet to be revealed, filmmaker Rian Johnson promises the third movie in the murder mystery series will be Benoit Blanc’s “most dangerous case yet.”
According to Netflix: “Blanc will be unravelling a brand new murder mystery in an as-yet-undisclosed setting, surrounded by a new colourful cast of suspects.”
While there is no precise release date as yet, we do know that it will be hitting Netflix in 2025.
So you have plenty of time to catch up on the first two instalments if you haven’t caught them yet.
