First Dates waiter Pete Ungless is plenty used to helping others find love on the show. But on this week’s episode his romance was the focus. As the reality star confirmed his marriage to longtime love Megan.
The pair shared news of their engagement on the series last March, so it was only fitting that the announced their marriage on First Dates as well.
The show’s epilogue, which is typically reserved to update viewers on if the night’s couples hit it off or not, featured news of the happy couple’s marriage. Saying: “Pete & Megan celebrated their love…” before showing stunning snaps from their wedding.
Opening up about the big day, Pete revealed to the Sunday Times that he and Megan said “I do” in Charles Fort, Kinsale.
Sharing how the pair discovered the location after enjoying a staycation there.
He also revealed it was a small wedding with just the bride and groom, along with their two best friends.
For the special occasion Megan donned a stunning white suit with pearl detailing along the sleeves. While Pete opted for a black suit, with a velvet jacket.
The restaurateur also shared how they later held a celebration with family after the official wedding.
The pair got engaged in September 2021, but announced their engagement in March the following year.
