The final episode of Fair City is due to air this weekend, as filming was shut down due to Covid19.
RTE attempted to prolong the series by spacing out the episodes, but sadly it’ll come to an end this Sunday.
A source told Evoke.ie, “The last episode of the current series will broadcast this Sunday, 12th of April, at 8 pm.
“This is the last episode filmed before filming ceased due to adherence to HSE Guidelines.”
While the show will return to our screens when isolation is over and cast and crew can return to the set, it’s won’t be for quite some time.
Between Ger and Sharon’s feud and Leo’s romantic woes, there’ll certainly be plenty to look forward to when it’s back!
