Fans have flocked to Limerick to say their final goodbyes to singer Dolores O’Riordan.

The Cranberries star, aged 46, was found dead in her London hotel earlier last week, and police have said they aren’t treating it as suspicious.

The Irish artist was working on new music at the time of her tragic passing.

She will be reposed in Cross’ Funeral Home, Ballneety between 4-8pm this evening, before the funeral in St. Ailbes’ Church at 11.30am tomorrow morning.

She will be then laid to rest during a private ceremony at Caherelly Cemetry beside her late father Terence.

Thanking people for their support during this very difficult time, Dolores’ mother Eileen told the Limerick Leader, “The people who queued to sign the book of condolence – some of them standing in the rain – it has meant a huge amount to us and has been a great source of comfort.”
