Former Miss Ireland, Rosanna Davison is a qualified nutritionist and die-hard fitness fanatic, so who better to show us how to indulge your sweet tooth without feeling it around your waist?
The blonde bombshell has always been passionate about food and fitness and at just 32 she already has a best selling book under her belt.
However, Rosanna just like the rest of us suffers from a sweet tooth. But she has found a way to curb her unhealthy cravings by replacing them with healthier options.
In one of her most recent blog posts, the model relays how she turned a craving for a calorific banoffee pie into a healthy alternative which satisfied her sweet tooth.
She said, “While I was drooling over the thoughts of a big, squidgy banoffee pie, I decided to make a cool and creamy banoffee pie protein shake after my workout earlier. It actually did the trick and satisfied all of my cravings.”
We tried this recipe out and it’s delicious!
