Ladies man, Tommy Dillon has found himself a new love interest – and it just so happens to be Debbie O’Brien!
Despite being married, her relationship with Eoghan is crumbling after the death of her son Michael, and she ends up turning to Tommy for comfort.
Niamh Daly who plays Debbie told the Herald, “It awakens her to the possibilities that have been absent from her life for years.
“She becomes proactive for the first time in the pursuit of these good feelings that have been missing from her life for so long.”
She admits that their steamy affair brings a “surprising bit of joy” to her life, after all the devastating situations she’s been through in recent times.
It all begins when the pair go for a drink together, and after they share a kiss, one thing leads to another.
