Fair City star George McMahon has welcomed a baby girl with his girlfriend Rachel Smyth.
The actor, who plays Mondo on the popular Irish soap, shared the exciting news on Twitter yesterday.

The pair look over the moon to have welcomed their adorable little girl, Frankie, and thanked everyone for their well wishes.
“Rachel came up with the name Frankie.” George told The Sunday World.
“I don’t know where she got it from, but the closest thing we can think of is we’re telling people she named her after the Pope.
“I was over the moon and on the way home I put on Sister Sledge’s Frankie on the car stereo and sang along.”
