Huge congratulations to Olympian Greg O’Shea and Jeanni Mulder who tied the knot during an intimate ceremony at the Civil Registration Office Dublin before enjoying a reception in The College Green Hotel.
Here, the happy couple share their special day with us…
“Jeanni was solo travelling in Bali, and messaged me on Instagram. We spoke through messages and FaceTime for two months before she visited me in Dublin. Two and a half years later we got married!” Greg tells us.
He goes on to say: “We wanted somewhere in Dublin that was easily accessible for our guests but with a beautiful high class setting for a wedding. The College Green Hotel took such amazing care of us in the build up to the wedding and on the day itself.

“Everything was stunning and went so smoothly. We then had a small gathering in House, Dublin, later that evening with some more friends and wider family because that’s where we had our first date. It was a full circle moment.”
Jeanni tells us: “Obviously marrying my best friend was the highlight of the day, but apart from that, a lot of my family and friends couldn’t make it to Ireland for the wedding so Greg got them all to make a video for the big day. He surprised me by playing the videos during the speeches which was so unexpected and so special.”
Of course, the couple love travelling so they told us: ““We immediately jetted off to Bali for our honeymoon where we are now. We picked Bali because it is where Jeanni was when she first messaged so we came back to where it all began!”
