Evanna Lynch rose to fame playing Luna Lovegood in the Harry Potter series, with her book-accurate blonde locks.
But now, she is stepping away from her iconic blonde hair, transforming into a black-coffee brunette.
Sharing a glimpse at her new look on social media, the actress wrote: “Big mood shift lately.”
The Louth native also confessed that the inspiration for her new do came from a dream.
“Here is my new look! I do feel blonde suits me better but lately in all my dreams I was consistently sporting these glamorous shiny raven locks for some reason. I felt I was being stalked by my dark and shadowy twin so I had to become her!” she explained.
The 31-year-old also hinted at more hair changes in the future, admitting she considered getting a shorter cut.
“I so want to cut it to a bob again but will wait for further dream guidance…” she joked.
Her transformation was done by London hair stylist, Ruby Byrne.
And her new look has plenty of love, as one fan wrote on Twitter: “Ohmygod Evanna Lynch’s new hair!!” with a heart-eyes emoji.
