It’s been just over a week since Erika Fox walked down the aisle and tied the knot with her long-term partner, Tommy O’Callaghan, and we’re still not over the stunning, lavish celebration!
The pair chose to marry in the beautiful Adare Manor, and while every moment of the wedding was picture-perfect, it’s the dreamy dinner reception that continues to live rent-free in our minds.
Taking to Instagram, Erika reflected on their “dream dinner design,” adding how she’d never forget how she felt when she walked in and saw the end result.
“I spent months dreaming up and planning this design, and it truly was better than I could have ever imagined.”

From the outset, Erika had a clear vision: she wanted the space to feel warm, intimate, and effortlessly elegant, more like a cosy, candlelit restaurant than a traditional wedding setup.
“From the beginning, I knew I wanted it to feel like we were in a cosy restaurant,” she explained, with details like draping, booth seating, table lamps, and soft piano music all coming together to create the atmosphere.
And then came the moment it all clicked into place.
“I remember looking down from the top table and thinking wow, this feels like a dream,” she noted.

Erika looked stunning on the day, wearing a beautiful satin off-the-shoulder dress with a mermaid-style skirt.
The Kerrywoman shared a picture of her wedding day on social media, with the caption: “Just married.”
She was met with sweet comments, including Louise Cooney saying: “Huge congrats to you both hope you had the most amazing weekend!! Xx”
While Clementine MacNiece added: “Huge congrats Erika.”
