eir VIP Publishing Power of Women Awards 2024: Nominees for the Fashion Retail award, sponsored by Lindt

VIP Publishing is delighted to announce that the eir Power of Women Awards are back.

These awards celebrate the best and brightest female entrepreneurs in Ireland, across the worlds of fashion, technology, beauty, lifestyle, wellness and more!

The winners, decided by an expert panel and awarded at an exclusive lunch in Dublin’s Marker Hotel on November 8th, will be profiled in VIP Magazine.

The Fashion Retail award sponsored by Lindt celebrates the entrepreneurs behind our favourite fashion businesses.

Here’s a bit more information about our inspiring nominees…

Emma Manley – Manley

Manley is an Irish womenswear clothing store that was founded in 2010. The brand aims to “Merge modern aesthetics with timeless elegance”.

Emma is the founder and creative director of the brand, which focuses on creating pieces that will stay stylish forever rather than following trends.

Lucy Nagle –  Lucy Nagle

Lucy is the founder and creative director of her cashmere clothing brand. “Fashion was always my first love, and the stars just aligned,” she says. Lucy launched her first collection in 2013 and has collaborated with many familiar faces such as Pippa O’Connor and Vogue Williams. 

Faye Rochford – FéRí

Faye graduated from the NCAD with a degree in fashion design and has over 10 years of experience in the fashion industry. Responsible design and vintage aesthetics is everything her brand FéRí is about. Every print is painted by Faye herself in her studio in Wexford.

Laura Weber – LW Pearl

Laura is a luxury fashion designer who designed the uniforms for the opening and closing ceremonies of this year’s Paris Olympics.  Her brand LW Pearl is based in Manhattan in New York however Laura herself is originally from Dublin. She specialises in embroidery and embellishment.

Aoife McNamara – Aoife McNamara

Due to her admiration for the natural world, sustainability and protecting nature was at the forefront of Aoife McNamara when it was first founded in 2019. Since then the brand has gained award success and over thirty five thousand followers on social media.

Rosie Connolly – 4th Arq

Rosie Connolly is a model and social media influencer who co-founded 4th Arq in 2020. The brand has gained huge growth and popularity over the last few years with huge success stemming from their much loved 4th Arq fleece.

Fiona Heaney – FeeG

Based in her Dublin studio, Fiona embraces colour, bold print and embellishment to create the unique pieces of her brand FeeG. It’s safe to say she knows a thing or two about design!

Lisa McGown – Lisa & Co

Lisa is a fashion blogger from Tullamore Co, Athlone who updates her followers through her website and her social media. She also hosts a live show for her loyal followers. Lisa & Co is a range of Lisa’s favourites, curated by herself.
