Ed Sheeran is set to add to his acting experience, as he lands a role in new Star Wars movie.
The film, Episode IX, has been filming in London since August of this year, and the Grammy winning singer will be joining the star studded cast.
According to the Sun, the Thinking Out Loud singer will be joining the likes of Mark Hamill, Daisy Ridley, and John Boyega as he takes on the role of a Stormtrooper in the highly anticipated movie.
The film will be the ninth and final installment in the series,and is due to be released next December.
The 27-year-old previously appeared in hit HBO series Game Of Thrones alongside Maisie Williams, and will have his acting skills put to the test once more.
