Eamonn jokingly told This Morning viewers that he would “date” a single mum looking for love – if it wasn’t for his other half and co-host Ruth Langsford.
Ruth and Eamonn are standing in for Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield due to half-term, and they kicked off their week long stint trying to find love for single mum, Abigail.
Today’s show featured a segment on how two children were trying to find their mum a man, ahead of Valentine’s Day tomorrow.
Abigail was set up with a man chosen by her children, but viewers were left in suspense, as the date won’t be shown until tomorrow.

When the segment finished, Eamonn cheekily said, “I’d date her myself – if I wasn’t taken! I’m just saying theoretically, if I was single!”
The camera immediately shot to fellow presenter Rylan Clark-Neal’s shocked face and Ruth responded saying,“Would you now?”
Before turning to Rylan and asking,”It’s rude, isn’t it Rylan?”

There’s never a dull moment with these two around!
