It’s Orchestra Week on Dancing with the Stars, and with it comes the all-important quarter final!

The six remaining couples took to the floor, hoping to impress, performing breathtaking routines accompanied live by the RTÉ Concert Orchestra.

With just two weeks to go until the grand finale, the pressure has never been higher, and the celebrities gave it absolutely everything in a bid to secure their spot in the final.

But for one couple, the ballroom dream came to an emotional end tonight. Here’s how they all got on…

Philip Doyle and Daniela Roze

Olympic rower Philip swapped the water for the ballroom once again, taking on a lively Jive to Don’t Stop Me Now by Queen.

Head judge Oti Mabuse was full of praise for the opening routine, declaring: “What a way to open an iconic week. That was full of energy, full of power.”

Arthur Gourounlian echoed the sentiment, adding: “You created this beautiful music into movement. It was fun, and you enjoyed it. Well done.”

Brian Redmond awarded the pair seven points, followed by scores of eight from Karen Byrne, Oti and Arthur, bringing their total to 31 points.

After landing at the bottom of the leaderboard last week, Paudie had something to prove, and he did just that.

The Traitors Ireland star performed a romantic Viennese Waltz to Annie’s Song by John Denver, a deeply personal choice and a favourite of both him and his wife, Bernadette.

Brian commended the routine, saying: “You’ve created a moment tonight that you and your beautiful wife will remember for years to come.”

Brian and Karen each awarded six points, while Oti gave five, and Arthur scored seven, bringing the pair’s total to 24 points.

Fresh off her highest score of the season, Tolü kept the momentum going with a playful Charleston to Where Is My Husband? by Raye.

Oti was full of admiration, saying: “When it comes to commanding a dance, you’ve got it down. It was amazing.”

While Arthur agreed, adding: “Girl, you lit the floor! Your bounce was alive.”

She received 10s all round, resulting in a perfect total of 40, her first full house of the season.

Jordan Dargan and Rebecca Scott

Having survived two consecutive Dance-Offs, Jordan was determined not to make it three. The Apprentice UK star channelled intensity and control in a passionate Tango to As It Was by Harry Styles.

It clearly paid off on the night, with Karen saying: “Rebecca, you worked him hard this week. It was so slick, and the two of you looked gorgeous.”

Brian agreed, adding: “I compliment you for being brave enough for going down the authentic route.”

Brian gave eight points, Karen nine, and both Oti and Arthur awarded ten, bringing the couple’s total to 37 points.

Eric embraced the emotion of Orchestra Week with a Contemporary Ballroom routine to Another Love by Tom Odell.

Oti summed it up perfectly, stating: “Wow, wow. I loved the dance. It left me feeling very emotional and inspired.”

Arthur added his praise, noting: “You made it so elegant, clear and effortless.”

Brian, Oti, and Arthur awarded nine points each, while Karen gave ten, bringing the total to 37 points.

After making history last week with the first-ever score of 50, Katelyn and Leonardo had a tough act to follow, but they rose to the occasion.

The Rose of Tralee star brought the party with a vibrant Salsa to Ran Kan Kan by Tito Puente.

It was impossible not to smile watching them, with Karen sharing: “For me, that was just bagloads of fun. Well done.”

Brian, Karen and Arthur each awarded nine points, while Oti gave eight, bringing the total to 35 points.
