Dominique Nugent has shared an emotional tribute to her late daughter Wynter as she marked what would have been her second birthday.
Taking to Instagram, she reflected on love, loss and hope, describing the day as one filled with thought and remembrance.
“Sending love to heaven on your 2nd birthday, baby Wynter,” she wrote, revealing that she often wonders what her daughter would be like if she were here today.
In a poignant moment, Dominique shared how she is currently 16 weeks pregnant, the same stage of pregnancy she was at when she lost Wynter.

Standing at her daughter’s grave, she described the timing as a comforting sign, writing that it feels like reassurance that “everything might be okay this time.”
“You’ll always be our first baby, our little guardian angel watching over us,” she finally added.
Writing on social media, Dominique shared: “After years of heartbreak, loss and longing, I can’t quite believe I get to write these words and share this news. It’s finally our turn.

“IVF has given us our little Christmas wish and, all going well, our rainbow baby will be coming this summer.”
“I’m still nervous, because I’ve been at this stage before. But today I’m letting myself breathe and share this tiny piece of hope with you all.”
Dominique continued: “To anyone going through loss, or still longing to hold a baby, especially at Christmas, I’m holding space for you. I know how heavy this time can feel when your heart is still waiting.
“Here’s to hope, to science and to finally saying the words I’ve waited so long to say.”
